Galley Recipes from GN Espace
At GN Espace we believe that good food is essential for a happy yacht crew. After all you don’t have to compromise your usual high standards of cooking, just because you’re not at home.
We will be contributing to a new regular cookery sections in Sailing Today and also working on more cookery videos with Yachting TV. We are also developing a number of recipes especially for feeding a hungry crew on this years ARC for publishing later this year as well as working with sailing cookery author, Janet Buckingham, and also Michelin star chef Adam Gray to bring you more recipes throughout the year.

Julian's ARC blog
Julian Kimberley, GN Espace Director is joining the crew of ‘Casamara’, a Discovery 55 yacht, taking part in this years ARC event. As one of a crew of six, Julian is the designated cook and responsible for creating healthy and interesting meals all the way across the Atlantic. This is a perfect opportunity to show how the range of GN Espace galley equipment, including the vacuum storage system, can provide the crew with fresh meals, made from fresh ingredients, for the duration of the crossing.
