The Chopping Board Cover is specifically designed for use with the GN Espace Offshore Induction cookers - the OceanChef 3 and the Levante Induction Cooker - as well as the 3 Zone Induction Hobs with sea-rails. It's designed to protect your induction hob while providing valuable, gimballed workspace in your galley.
When you're not cooking, the hob is simply dead space. The Chopping Board Cover reclaims that area as a practical prep surface, and because it sits on a gimballed cooker, it moves with the boat - giving you a stable platform even when conditions are lively. You'll never have to worry about spilt tea again!

Crafted from 12mm FSC-certified engineered bamboo, the board is eco-friendly, lightweight, and exceptionally durable. Bamboo's natural antibacterial properties make it an ideal surface for food preparation. It's the kind of material that makes sense in a galley: tough enough for daily use, easy to maintain, and kinder to the planet.
Secure at sea

Caring for your board
Regular washing and oiling is recommended to seal the bamboo and keep it looking great over years of use. A well-maintained bamboo board will last a long time and only improve with age.
