The multi-layer compatibility of the Gastronorm 600 turns a sink into more than a sink. A tray of freshly chopped vegetables on one layer is ready to go into the pot, while there’s a chopping board on top, ready to cut up a few more. Equally, cooked food in superheated trays can be put into the same space, ready to serve up.

Gastronorm containers are designed for cold or hot storage so less equipment is needed. As well as fitting perfectly into the GN Espace range of compact ovens, containers can also be used for cold storage in a fridge or freezer. The compact 1.5 bowl full size sink of the Gastronorm 600features the unique three level bowl and separate small bowl.

The sink includes two containers, a beechwood chopping block and basket strainer waste plug.  Larger sink systems in the Gastronorm range are also available.
