This August, GN Espace will be exhibiting at the Hallberg-Rassy Open Yard / Öppet Varv, taking place 21–23 August 2026 at the Hallberg-Rassy yard in Ellös, West Sweden.
If you've never been, the Open Yard is one of the highlights of the sailing calendar - now in its 33rd year, and West Sweden's largest boat show. Last year over 127 boats were on display, alongside a full line-up of equipment exhibitors, classic boats, outlets and food trucks along the quayside. This year Hallberg-Rassy will also be giving the new 44 Mk II its premiere, alongside the rest of the range from the 340 up to the flagship 69.
Why we're going
Hallberg-Rassy owners are exactly the sailors we build for - people who've chosen a boat for its seaworthiness, craftsmanship and the long game, and who expect the same from what's fitted in the galley. It's the perfect place for us to meet current and prospective owners face to face and talk through what actually matters when it comes to cooking on board.
What to expect from us
We won't have any products on the stand this time round - no boxes to unpack, no products to unwrap. Instead, it's a chance to sit down with the GN Espace team, talk through your galley, and tell us what's working, what isn't, and what you'd want if you were speccing it from scratch.
Whether you're mid-refit, planning ahead for a new build, or just want to compare notes with people who cook at sea for a living, we'd genuinely like to hear it. Conversations like these shape what we build next, so come find us and bring your questions, gripes and wish-lists.
