Just a quick note to say how thrilled we are with the new oven. We have just got back from 3 months in Fiji. It is a week-long passage each way. The oven was used extensively during passage and at anchor. The hobs are extremely quick getting up to temperature, and battery consumption was minimal. We often cooked without having to turn the genset on. And it looks great too. We also had a part time chef with us on the trip back. He produced some amazing meals while we were thumping through the waves. He also loved it.

Brilliant bit of equipment! Works seamlessly with our Victron Quattro inverter thanks to the variable power settings – unlike most RV or marine induction hobs that cycle on and off (a nightmare for inverters). The best part? The First Mate is delighted – no more LPG on board, which always felt risky, and after 15 years of using induction at home, she found gas backward.It’s easy to use, with proper knobs (much better than touch controls at sea), and cleaning is effortless – just a wipe. We even made a wooden cover for extra workspace when not cooking. Couldn’t be happier!

We are so pleased with our new cooker. It saved our bacon for the summer travels and we are now very happy. This cooker works very well. Sue finds the ability to remove the side rails extremely helpful when cooking with large pans. Very happy and thank you again. 

The food that we provide our guests is very important to us at Topsail Adventures, so the choice of cooker to buy was one of the most important decisions that we had to make when outfitting Amelie Rose. We've used pretty much every boat cooker there is in our time sailing aboard other vessels and nothing has been capable of producing the quality home cooked food that we wanted to provide. Since installing our Levante we have cooked meals for up to 9 crew and have been able to achieve consistently the results that are important to us. The oven delivers an even heat - enough to crisp our puff pastry pies - and the grill can cope with a decent load of toast. In our experience there is no better marine cooker for anyone who is serious about cooking aboard.

Absolutely wonderful!!! much better results.I have been able to cook my usual sponge cakes in a different sized tin without problems. Also tried dual level cooking today Chicken pie on the top shelf turned upside down) and Pommes Dauphinois in the large blue dish on the bottom shelf. Pommes went in 1/2 hour before the pie and it was all done perfectly together!! sorry about the exclamations but it just shows how pleased I am after all this time. 6 dinner guests were also impressed. The main delay has been getting are placement gas can! they seem to have changed the size by a couple of centimetres and that is just a little too big for our gas locker(pooh) anyway now back in business and suitably satisfied.Many thanks for your perseverance with me and all your help - You are a star!!

All is well and we are enjoying cooking more than ever. It is a fantastic beast and does everything we had hoped as well as we had hoped. Plus, we are positively evangelical about GN Espace for their customer care

I’m very pleased with the design, appearance, and overall finish quality of the E106 Oceanchef - it’s a well-made, stylish appliance that looks fantastic onboard. Owing to an extended wait for it to be fitted, I have only used the cooker for a week or so. But it has quickly become apparent how very efficient it is compared to the gas cooker it has replaced: Cooking time has been halved. The oven quickly reaches the working temperature. The induction hob is new to me but I am impressed by its range of functions. It's clear this is a highly efficient and capable piece of equipment. I'd rate the product 9/10.

I’d rate the product a solid 10/10. I couldn't be happier with my Levante 3 Burner. It's the best cooker on the market, offering exceptional build quality and outstanding cooking performance. In terms of functionality, efficiency, and ease of use, it has exceeded all expectations - it's simply great.Customer service also deserves a 10/10 - very attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout the process.

We recently installed our new Ocean Chef 3 cooker and are really enjoying it. It’s a great unit, so glad we purchased it. All boats should make the switch from propane to induction.

We are now back from our six weeks on our boat, sailing and living aboard. I can say, without hesitation that its function, its design, generally and in appearance, are all, in one word - excellent. The Levante is as big a leap forward from our Force Ten as that was over the ENO that we had in our previous boat. One can use all four rings simultaneously with ease (though the rectangular "Boaty's Frypan" does help) even with all four rails in position. Once used to the Gastronorm dishes and frames idea, one realises how good it is. I would say that it is better to have two rails and a shallow and a deep dish as we have. Also the swing function works well and the cooker seems to be correctly ballasted.

All is installed and looking and working great. Overall I am extremely happy with everything I have bought and everyone who has seen it, which includes a fair number of superyacht chefs, have been incredibly impressed. Best points: without a doubt the quality of the cooking produced by the cooker, and the integration of the cookware and the sink. Genius.

We find the unit a joy to use and are happy with the performance. The business-like / professional appearance is appreciated by us and everyone who sees it. Overall, our satisfaction with the product performance, features and workmanship is high. The use of catering trays is an improvement over racks and typical pans, especially while in motion.

Overall we are very satisfied with our purchase. It has worked perfectly from the start and provided us with many great meals this season. The performance has been great. Especially the efficiency of the induction stove. The oven efficiency is still very good, but obviously takes a bit more energy to run. The design is also beautiful.

We are absolutely delighted with the performance, build quality, features and ease of use of the stove. Likewise, the support service we received has been excellent ranging from our first enquiry through to delivery abroad and resolving some minor post sales issues. In almost 50 years of yachting in all sorts of boats from 16ft to 60ft the GN Espace is by a very wide margin the best stove I have ever used and our research prior to buying it didn’t reveal any other stove that remotely matched the GN Espace for build quality. Whilst the entire stove is excellent, the grill feature is perhaps the most noteworthy. It is the first time we have owned a boat stove where the grill provides uniform heat across the entire grill pan area.

We love our new stove and are extremely satisfied. We live aboard full time and use it every day. The performance is great, particularly the ability to run the stove burners on low heat.

I am happy to confirm that my GN Espace cooker certainly fullfills my expectations. It is easy to use and really contributes to a nice atmosphere in the cooking department of my Hallberg-Rassy 64. Thank you!

Our new cooker is excellent, a huge improvement over the Force 10 gas appliance - the efficiency, especially the oven is so much better.

At first glance and first use, our new induction cooker is unsurpassed. Everything works very correctly and is good quality. Previously, we had an induction from an Italian manufacturer (Twice there was a short circuit, and the oven did not heat up enough). We spend a lot of time on the boat (a Garcia 52), so safety is very important.

The galley game onboard has stepped up. Cannot find any negatives to lose gas - but lots of positives. The oven is awesome! Heats up fast, minimal heat leakage and works as any high quality kitchen appliance. If you have the battery capacity this one should be a no brainer.

The burners are excellent, I really like the grill and it's really easy to clean. This is a world away from the old one and a real oven is a great luxury.

Not only does the oven now get hotter, the gas lasts twice as long, but it also lights instantly now too! We'd definitely buy your oven for our next boat. Your service has been great.

The Levante cooker is now fully installed and working. It looks great and is a big improvement on our old model. All the burners light within seconds, including the grill which was always a problem with our old cooker. I've just baked a batch of scones. Absolutely perfect!

We spent our first Christmas on the road travelling through Morocco. I am delighted with the oven and what it can do. Thanks goodness I didn't go with a microwave. Great product and with the trend in overlanding to lose gas I wish you the utmost success for the coming years.

The Levante 2 is a star. Living aboard our Malö 50 built 1973 your cooker didn't just improve our living. This is a new level of independence altogether.
